     Please email us at management@jk-treasures.com if you have any questions or concerns.  Messages sent via direct message (DM) regarding orders will be answered later after all emails have been given the proper care.  For a faster response, please email us.  Please include your name and order number if you contact us regarding an existing order.  Please allow us at least 48 hours to respond to your email.  Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy

     Our processing time is the time between when an order is placed by the customer and the number of days required for us to produce your order.  Examples of processing times are as follows:

Regular Orders - 3-7 business days

     Rush Orders - our orders are processed in the order they are received.  We do not have rushed ordering.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to provide the status of your order.  Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order once it is shipped.

FRIENDS AND LOCAL FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY. 

Please chose local delivery for your order to cut down on your shipping cost.  Customers who chose this method that does not fall under the local friend and family members will be subject to additional delivery fees.  Thank you for your understanding.
